Penicillin Allergy and Medication Calculation Pocket Card showing what antibiotics are safe, should be avoided or are contraindicated as well as useful equations, conversions and acronyms when doing Medications. 

The Card is double sided and is CR100 size (10cm x 7cm) what is slightly larger than a standard ID Card. The cards come with a slot at the top to make it easy to put on ID or link with other cards.

The Cards are available as part of sets or as individual cards.
