Paediatric National Early Warning System (PEWS) Double Sided Pocket Card

The Card is double sided and is CR100 size (10cm x 7cm) what is slightly larger than a standard ID Card. The cards come with a slot at the top to make it easy to put on ID or link with other cards.

The Cards are available as part of sets or as individual cards.
