TMG Cards are Carefully designed by a Healthcare Professional for other healthcare professionals and staff.

NEWS2 Pocket Card showing the National Scoring System for Vital Signs (Observations) alongside what response should happen when a patient scores using the NEWS2 System as well as SBAR and RSVP tool for when escalating a concern. 

The Card is double sided and is CR100 size (10cm x 7cm) what is slightly larger than a standard ID Card. The cards come with a slot at the top to make it easy to put on ID or link with other cards.

The Cards are available as part of sets or as individual cards.
